The GolfNow Gift Card can be used toward any available Hot Deals tee times and/or transaction fees on GolfNow, either online at www.golfnow.com, in the GolfNow mobile app, or over the phone by calling 1-800-767-3574.

A credit card must be placed on file at the time of reservation in case of incidentals. If your GolfNow Gift Card is sufficient to cover the cost of your reservation and no other costs are incurred, your credit card will not be charged.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the GolfNow Gift Card to be reloaded at this time.

No, the GolfNow Gift Card you purchased or received is valid for purchases until all remaining funds have been depleted from the card.

All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If your greens fees are due at the golf course, we will cancel your reservation only if the golf course gives us approval to do so. Tee times that are 100 % prepaid cannot be cancelled unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play. If you would like to request a change of date to your reservation, please complete the online Reservation Change form.

You can return the GolfNow Gift Card as long as you have the original email purchase receipt, no transactions have occurred on the card, and the original purchase date is within 10 months. Please contact our dedicated customer service team at 1-800-767-3574 for assistance.

The GolfNow Gift Card is transferable as long as no transactions have taken place. Once the gift card has been partially or fully redeemed while a user is logged in to his or her GolfNow account, the funds are automatically linked to the GolfNow account on which it was used.

The GolfNow Gift Card is available for purchase in any amount from $10 to $500 online at GolfNow.com/giftcard.

Except as required by applicable law, your GolfNow Gift Card is not redeemable for cash.

A message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, which includes the recipient’s name, your name, your personalized message and the gift card account number. The email also includes instructions for how to redeem online, through our mobile app, or over the phone.

Absolutely! This is ideal for a special date like a birthday or anniversary. Simply change the delivery date in the Email order form to any date up to 3 months from now. The lucky golfer will receive his or her GolfNow Gift Card by 12 PM EST on the scheduled date and you will receive confirmation that it was delivered. Delivery is set to “Today” by default, so if it is not changed, the gift card will be sent immediately upon purchase. Gift cards should be ordered by 11 PM EST the day before the scheduled date in order to ensure proper delivery.

If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period after the delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
• Recipient's firewall blocked the email
• Email inbox is over size limit
• Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking confirmation@golfnow.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that confirmation@golfnow.com emails are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact 1-800-767-3574. Please be ready to supply your email address.

You will receive an email message confirming delivery. You may also contact 1-800-767-3574 with the email address you used to complete your purchase, and we can tell you if your e-gift card was delivered successfully.

At this time, e-gift card purchases can be made only with a U.S. credit card, (with a U.S. billing address). E-gift cards can be sent to any email address, and can be redeemed for any eligible purchases made in U.S. currency.
